About Tonya Griffeth

Thanks for taking the time to read a little more about me, not just as a real estate professional but as a person. I know how it feels to have to face the daunting task of moving, selling, buying, and trying to stay on top of daily life issues. I went through this myself when my husband’s job with the Department of Transportation required us to relocate with our three sons, Zachary, Joshua, and Ryan. Needless to say, relocation is one of my specialties, especially considering how much we fell in love with Montana.

We love the lifestyle options here, which vary between rural and urban, and, of course, the mountains. My clients do too. The modern conveniences of Helena include coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. But I also love chickens, animals, and wide-open spaces. Here, I can have it all, especially being a short ride from rural areas with horses running on vast acreage. Plus, my family and I love to ski and snowboard at the Great Divide. This is where I operate the ski lift in the winter months. I love helping people choose the right slopes for their needs. Sensing a pattern here?

As our high-tech industry grows, many young professionals move here for their jobs. Plus, we have people moving here for the military. In either case, I help my clients plan every step of their relocation with just a phone call. Regardless of their needs and expectations, they’re always excited to see what this beautiful state has to offer. Once they see their options, they can’t wait to explore the area. I care about all of my clients, personally and professionally. I find that a personal connection makes their transition to this area, its culture, and the lifestyle easier and more fun.
